Placed in special boxes, the grapes are transported from the ridges of the Valdobbiadene DOCG hills to the cellar. Thanks to the proximity to the cultivation areas, they grapes arrive intact at the cellar, with very little temperature changes or other shocks that could compromise their quality.
Once in the cellar, the grapes are soft pressed, which is a slow and delicate processing technique that allows us to extract the so-called “flower wine”, the most noble juice of our white berried grapes.
With the highest care in the vineyard and in the cellar, we produce the Valdobbiadene Brut Superiore, a sparkling wine with all the characteristics that have made Prosecco DOCG great in the world
