Prosecco Superiore DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene Brut is made from Glera grapes that benefit from the delicacy and precision of manual harvesting.
The Conegliano – Valdobbiadene area, a World Heritage Site, is known worldwide for its strong vocation to growing grapes and its spectacular setting, where our Prosecco Superiore DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene Brut comes from. The Glera grapes benefit from the delicacy and precision of manual harvesting.
Placed in special boxes, the grapes are transported from the ridges of the Valdobbiadene DOCG hills to the cellar. Thanks to the proximity to the cultivation areas, they grapes arrive intact at the cellar, with very little temperature changes or other shocks that could compromise their quality.
Once in the cellar, the grapes are soft pressed, which is a slow and delicate processing technique that allows us to extract the so-called “flower wine”, the most noble juice of our white berried grapes.
With the highest care in the vineyard and in the cellar, we produce the Valdobbiadene Brut Superiore, a sparkling wine with all the characteristics that have made Prosecco DOCG great in the world
