Every year, with pride and passion, Bacio della Luna creates a new limited edition, produced in only 10.000 bottles, to celebrate the excellence and uniqueness of the territory.
The journey began in 2022 with the Anniversary Collection, a tribute to the winery’s tenth anniversary. The following year, Bacio della Luna surprised the most refined palates with the Luxury Collection. And today, in 2024, it is pleased to present the Platinum Collection, a wine jewel that embodies the essence of luxury and elegance.
The Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore of Bacio della Luna’s Limited Editions originates from a small vineyard plot nestled within the UNESCO Heritage Hills surrounding the winery in Vidor. Here, the grapes are meticulously handpicked with care and passion, gently pressed, and fermented at controlled temperatures to ensure the utmost quality.
What truly makes Bacio della Luna’s Limited Edition unique is the lengthy Charmat method, characterized by a resting period on the lees for about 6 months with frequent batonnage. This process gives the Prosecco significant structure and an incomparable sensory profile that captivates the senses with its complexity and elegance.
