After the success achieved in recent years with the limited editions of the Anniversary Collection, created for the 10th Anniversary of the winery, and the Luxury Collection, Bacio della Luna continues its pursuit of excellence with a new numbered limited edition: the Bacio della Luna Valdobbiadene DOGC Extra Dry Vintage 2023 Platinum Collection.

This Valdobbiadene Superiore is born from a small vineyard plot on the UNESCO Heritage Hills surrounding the winery in Vidor. The grapes are handpicked, gently pressed, and fermented at controlled temperatures. A prolonged Charmat process, characterized by about 6 months of aging on the lees with frequent batonnage, enhances the wine’s sensory profile and gives it a significant structure.
