With a blend made up of 85% Glera to retain the main flavour profile of Prosecco, Prosecco Rose also benefit from the addition of Pinot Noir to provide greater structure and roundness to the wine, without altering its sparkling nature.
Our Rosé Doc Millesimato is a unique wine to try as an aperitif, or as a refined accompaniment to appetisers and snacks. Prosecco Rosé Extra Dry, with its fruity nose and fine and persistent bubble, is also great with any fish or white meat dishes.
