Following the success of last year’s limited edition of the Valdobbiadene DOCG Millesimato 2020, conceived to mark the winery’s 10th Anniversary, Bacio della Luna continues its quest for excellence with a new numbered limited edition Prosecco: the Bacio della Luna Valdobbiadene DOGC Extra Dry Millesimato 2022 Luxury Collection.
This Valdobbiadene Superiore originates from a small vineyard parcel on the UNESCO Heritage Hills surrounding the winery in Vidor. The grapes are hand-picked, softly pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature. A long Charmant, characterized by a maturation on the lees of about 6 months and a frequent batonnage, enhances the wine’s sensory profile and gives it an important structure.
Bacio della Luna Luxury Collection Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry Millesimato 2022 is the fruit of the labor and emotions of the heroic winegrowers who constantly contribute to keep the characteristics of this territory unaltered, in order to produce a refined and balanced sparkling wine with a creamy and velvety perlage that grants a long savory finish.
