From a balanced cuvée based on Glera and Pinot Noir grapes comes this refined interpretation of Prosecco in pink. The Prosecco Rosé DOC Extra Dry represents one of the most interesting innovations in the production of Bacio della Luna. Thanks to the approval of a modification to the Prosecco DOC production regulations, we can now offer a rosé sparkling wine with great personality.

While maintaining a very close organoleptic connection with the Prosecco DOC family, sharing the same production area, winemaking and sparkling methods, as well as a base made up of at least 85% Glera grapes, Prosecco Rosé DOC has a clearly defined identity of its own. The addition of Pinot Noir gives greater structure and roundness, without betraying the nature of the sparkling wine that has become synonymous with Italian sparkling wine worldwide.

Intriguing and pleasant to drink, the vintage Rosé DOC is a novelty to try as an aperitif, as a refined accompaniment to appetizers and finger foods. With its fruity bouquet and fine, persistent perlage, Prosecco Rosé Extra Dry is also perfectly suited to accompany an entire meal, especially dishes based on fish and white meats.
