Following the success of previous limited editions, Bacio della Luna continues its pursuit of excellence with a new numbered release: the Bacio della Luna Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Rive di Colbertaldo Extra Dry Millesimato 2025 Gold Collection.
This Valdobbiadene Superiore is born from a small, carefully selected vineyard parcel in the UNESCO-listed hills surrounding the winery in Vidor. The grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, and fermented under controlled temperatures. An extended Charmat process, with approximately six months on the lees and regular bâtonnage, enriches the wine’s sensory profile and gives it remarkable structure and depth.

This limited edition pays homage to Valdobbiadene, the beating heart of the Prosecco Hills, whose distinctive shape is reflected on the label. The design evokes the gentle terraced vineyards that have safeguarded a centuries-old tradition, where every sip tells the poetry of this unique landscape.
