The Bacio della Luna Limited Edition collection brings together a unique range of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG wines, capturing the spirit of the winery and the UNESCO-listed hills that surround it. Each year, with pride and passion, Bacio della Luna unveils a new limited release, crafted in just 6,000 numbered bottles, to celebrate the rarity and character of its land.

The journey began in 2022 with the Anniversary Collection, a tribute to the winery’s tenth anniversary. The following year introduced the elegant Luxury Collection, followed by the refined Platinum Collection and the radiant Diamond Collection. Now, in 2026, the story continues with the Gold Collection, a true oenological jewel embodying the essence of luxury and sophistication.

From vineyard to glass:
the art of extended charmat

The Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Millesimato of the Limited Edition series is born from a small, carefully tended vineyard parcel in the UNESCO hills surrounding the winery in Vidor. Here, grapes are hand-harvested with meticulous care, gently pressed, and fermented under controlled temperatures to preserve their finest qualities.

What truly distinguishes these Limited Editions is the extended Charmat method, with aging on the lees for approximately six months and regular bâtonnage. This refined process gives the wine greater structure and a uniquely expressive sensory profile, delivering depth, complexity, and remarkable elegance in every glass.
